I work as an artistic director and dramaturge, dancer and performer. My main areas of expertise are touchability and authenticity, movement from stillness, and storytelling with the body. I also work in the areas of systemic piece development, instant composition, and the interaction of different art forms.

I have made the art of inner and outer movement, in all its diversity, my profession. The body is my most important ally. Creativity and vitality create the space in which I move.
In the art of movement, I find an expression for everything I can't put into words. Dance therapy opens up spaces that are rarely found in everyday life. Peace research offers me a viewpoint that I want to share with the world.
Trained as a systemic dance therapist (BTD), professional stage dancer, and peace and conflict researcher, I work at the interface of dance art and dance therapy. I also combine my knowledge and experience in my coaching and consulting sessions.
Grown up in the Rhineland, I chose to live in nature and make my home in Upper Bavaria – close to Munich.
