Fluidity & Flow – Dive into Your Creative Expression through Somatics & Dance Improvisation
This workshop brings together somatic movement practice and contemporary dance improvisation. Experiential anatomy, somatic approaches, and contemporary dance improvisation interweave and nourish your creative expression. Through listening inwardly, form, dynamics, and composition emerge in the moment—solo and with the group. Fluidity & Flow invites you to experience yourself as a moving, sensing being and to create from this embodied awareness.

Contemporary Dance Course Series - Block of 8 - Basic/Advanced
In this course series you will learn the basics of contemporary dance technique. We will focus on floor work, coordination, jumping technique and learn small phrases. We also immerse ourselves in the movement qualities of contemporary dance and use improvisation and free movement research to deepen this. In the Basic course, the basics are learned and deepened. Advanced means an advanced pace of learning.
