Moving Integration – Creative Spaces for Women
"Moving Integration" is a one-year art project in Penzberg for refugee and local women. Every two weeks we meet for dancing, movement, and creative expression.
We get to know each other – even without many words, beyond origin, language, and culture. A safe, respectful space for meeting other women, exchanging ideas, and building community. At the end of the year, we create a performance or exhibition together – you decide for yourself how visible you want to be. The sessions are held in German; if needed, also in English and with Ukrainian translation.
For whom? For women from Penzberg and the surrounding area. For everyone who enjoys connection and creative expression. Participation is free of charge.

Do you want to work out, get fit and get moving? We train endurance and strength with elements of contemporary dance and Pilates.

Contemporary Dance Course Series - Block of 8 - Basic/Advanced
In this course series you will learn the basics of contemporary dance technique. We will focus on floor work, coordination, jumping technique and learn small phrases. We also immerse ourselves in the movement qualities of contemporary dance and use improvisation and free movement research to deepen this. In the Basic course, the basics are learned and deepened. Advanced means an advanced pace of learning.
