The exercises are adapted so that they can also take place in a small room.

Children's dance Let's rock the world!
For all kids ages 7-11 who enjoy dance and movement! We'll move together to great music and learn the basic elements of dance in a playful way. Your creativity is encouraged and can be expressed. You'll learn a variety of dances, and your imagination will have no limits! Fancy some dance, fun, rhythm, and games? Come along!

Instant Composition Research Group
Since the implementation of the dance performance "She died and she lived. A solo dance piece" I have been researching movement and improvisation from silence and doing nothing in my dance and artistic practice. I have developed various methods and structures that I would like to develop further. For this I am looking for experienced dancers who are interested in researching, exploring and researching together over a longer period of time.
In addition to my own methods and research interests, which are all in the area of improvisation and instant composition, I am generally interested in researching and practicing precisely these fields. I would also like to open up a space for this.
